Article RSS Feeds
Use the form below to create a customized feed from the pool of articles at Toledo City Paper. Note: only archived articles (all articles except for the current week) can be customized; leave all fields empty to display the current week's articles. But first, What is RSS?
RSS typically stands for Really Simple Syndication
. It is a type of feed that allows you to see when websites have added new content that interests you. You can get the latest headlines in one place, as soon as it is published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from.
To subscribe to a feed, you may need something called a news reader, or aggregator
. Many new browsers are supporting RSS feeds, in which case you may simply bookmark the feed link for future access. If your browser does not correctly display RSS feeds, then you must download a feed aggregator – a piece of software that checks the feeds and lets you preview any new articles that have been added.
One of the great benefits to RSS is that you opt-in to content of interest, totally controlling the flow of information that you receive. Not only can you modify the articles that your RSS feed returns if the quality of the content declines, but you may also organize our articles into multiple feeds based upon your preferences. Simply create a new customized feed from the search below for each group of articles for your personal Toledo City Paper
